Registration Information

Register for the 2020 YJA Convention in Dallas, Texas

Registration fees begin at $359 for HS and College participants and $399 for JNF participants. Your registration fee includes accommodations, meals, access to all events for the 4-day event and transportation to/from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and the Fairmont Dallas hotel. Also included is a souvenir bag filled with keepsakes such as Jain literature, an online souvenir book, and other items.

The convention begins on Thursday, July 2nd, 2020 at 12:00 PM and ends on Sunday, July 5th, 2020 at 12:00 PM.

Unsubsidized Pricing

To provide each attendee with hotel accomodations, meals, the opportunity to attend sessions and social events, and souvenirs, the actual total cost per person is $449 for HS/College students and $489 for JNF attendees. The YJA Convention Commmittee works very hard in fundraising during the year to help subsidize each attendee's cost of attendance. We would greatly appreciate it if you could help YJA by choosing the "Unsubsidized" pricing option at the time of payment. This would help us raise the money we need to ensure YJA events remain as affordable for as many potential attendees as possible.

Financial Assistance

For those that would like to attend but are in need of financial assistance, please download this Financial Assistance Form, fill it out, and email it to YJA Co-Chairs at chairs.dtx@yja.org. Financial assistance is limited and will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis until our allocation is exhausted.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations regardless of reasons prior to April 30, 2020 will be entitled to 50% refund of all collected fee amount.
  • Cancellations after April 30, 2020 will be entitled to 25% refund of all collected fee amount.
  • Absolutely no refunds for cancellations shall be given after June 10, 2020 regardless of reasons.
